Privacy, in plain English

This is the short version of how MTHD handles your information. We collect as little as possible and never sell it.

What we collect and why

When you book a free class, we ask for your name, email, optionally your phone number, your experience level and anything you choose to tell us. We use this for one thing: arranging and confirming your class, and following up about it. Booking submissions are processed by Formspree (our form provider) and delivered to our gym email inbox.

Analytics without cookies

We use Plausible, a privacy-first analytics tool, to count visits to this site. It uses no cookies and collects no personal information, which is also why you don’t see a cookie banner here.

How long we keep things

Booking enquiries are kept while we’re arranging your visit and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can pick up the conversation if you come back. Ask us to delete your details at any time and we will.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email info@mthdmartialarts.co.ukand we’ll sort it. No forms, no fuss.
